Crowdfunding vs. Philanthropy: What's the difference and does it matter?  Partnerships with nonprofit organizations, institutions, and the private sector donors to share goals in support of diversity.


We invite you to join us for a very unique opportunity to share perspectives about philanthropy and maybe even find answers to your burning questions about the "right" or "wrong" way to find funding.

Bring your own brown bag lunch and be a part of a deep dive conversation about diversity in fundraising.  Moderated by AFP Aloha Chapter's Diversity Committee Chair Jennifer Dotson and Chapter President S. Sanae Tokumura, ACFRE, APR.

Cost: FREE to AFP members and non-AFP members.  The event is open to the public but limited to the first 30 people who sign up.  Registration is required.

Parking: The building's parking entrance is on Kawaiahao Street.  Parking is $0.50 with event validation.  Metered street parking is available on Kawaiahao, Kamakee Streets and surrounding areas.
